AlwaysOn interviews Google CEO, Eric Schmidt, in this first of a four-part interview series. They discuss the recent acquisition of Pyra Labs (the company behind Blogger) amongst other things. According to Schmidt, what Google really bought was a team. "With these little companies, the asset that you get is the knowledge in the people’s heads, and that’s what we care about.
